I too had a problem with a seized hot stem. I called Robinet and went to see them. Ken a sales guy was also v helpful and replaced the part which apparently predated their ownership of Raphael : Raphael products are now handled by Rubinet Faucet Co. in Woodbridge, Ontario (Canada). There # is 1-800-461-5901. I obtained a replacement hot ceramic cartridge in 9/01. The sales person I dealt w/ was Aldo. The problem is nobody in my area has heard of them...I have gone to Noland and Ferguson/Peebles in the Tidewater Va. area with no help...Is this a product from Kohler? All my other faucets and sinks and toilets are Kohler but this seems to be an odd ball...Any help I would be thankful for
