Us a 1/2" drill bit and drill down from the top. When it reaches the bolt shanks the seat will separate from the bowl. : The bolts securing the toilet seat to the bowl are rusted. I cannot turn the bolts with a screw driver. I have tried WD-40. The nuts holding the bolts on the underside of the bowl are thick plastic. I cannot turn them. I have been unable to saw through the plastic bolts. : I would really like to take off the old toilet seat. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
