You don't. The settlement only covered installations up to July 31, 1995. I guess the feeling was that any installations after the date of the settlement were poor judgement on the part of the contractor. : : We built our house in 1996 and we have this plumbuing - where do we stand in having it replaced? Any ideas? Thanks
