Before you call the cops, why not go out and ask them not to do it? : I live in a dense residential area. Right now my neighbor is doing his roof. However, he is throwing shingles against my house and on my property at 7 o'clock in the morning. : Before I go and call the cops, I would like to know if that is illegal.
