When a fawcet is opened while a toilet is flushing my plumbing makes a noise like an air horn. I thought this might be the problem you describe as "air hammer" so I followed your advice and drained the lines. The problem went away for about a day, but then quickly returned to what it had been. Is there something else that needs to be done to eliminate this noise? |
