In case your're still looking...I just bought and installed one. It was shipped directly to my home (difficult to find a local place to look/buy from). It arrived with missing parts, but one call to Moen (help number in the box) and they shipped replacement parts immediately, no hassle. Installation was a breeze although the instructions assume you know a little about plumbing (you may want to use teflon tape). Water is great and much more convenient than what I replaced -- Brita pitcher. Excellent, tasteful product from a great company -- worth the extra few $$$.
