Moen Shower adjustments

We have a Moen shower faucet and fixture in our tub. We cannot get any hot water though since it was installed by a bathroom remodeling company. Other than calling them back to fix it, is there a way to adjust the water flow. I found info on another type but not on a Moen. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Deb
