I don't think such pipe exists. Even if it did, the faucet at the end would freeze. Here's what I'd do. Bury Type K copper pipe, sloped toward the house. Assuming you're coming from inside the house, I'd put a tee on the inside end. One side of the tee would connect to the water supply with a shut off valve. The other side of the tee connects to a valve and on to a drain. When the water is on, the supply side valve is on, the drain side is off. When winter comes and you no longer need water at the deck, shut the supply valve, open the drain valve and the faucet. The water will drain out of the line and you're safe.
