Never heard of freeze proof pipe. Doubt if it exists. What I's do is bury Type K copper as deep as possible. I'd make the outlet end slope back to the house and put a tee on the end. Connect the water supply with a valve into one side of the tee. On the other side, put another valve connected to a drain. In cold weather, shut the supply valve off and open the drain valve. Open the faucet also. The line will drain and not freeze. Y Surely you don't need water on the deck during the winter. Even if there is some kind of freeze proof pipe, the faucet won't be.
