Two things could complicate moving it. First if it is fairly old, it is sometimes difficult or impossible to get it reassembled, and if the drain is in a bad spot it can make reconnecting the trap very difficult. If neither of these apply then it is a fairly easy thing to do. You just might want to have a plumber do it. If you DIY, you might have to make several trips to the hardware store before you get the job done. : Is it possible to do this? And move it to the other side of a double sink? And can it be done easily by someone who doesn't know anything about plumbing? If so how? Without causing damage. If not about how much should I pay someone to do this for me? : Thanks
