Why can't you relocate them into the wall behind the cabinet, or if the baseboard will fit to the cabinet on either side, run the pipe through the toespace of the cabinet?
: I want to relocate a portion of my baseboard hot-water heating pipes under the floor to make room for a bathroom cabinet. Problem is the joists run perpendicular to the 3/4" copper pipe.
: Can I notch out the top of each joist (approx. total span is 4 joist)? Is there a better way?
