The answer is simple and cheap. Go to HD or Lowe's and get an In Line Vent by Oatey. It is as simple little one way breather that screws into an 1 1/2" female adapter. Run a vent line up in the wall so that it ends above the basin. Screw the Vent in, close the wall and you're done.
