I am trying to replace my bathtub drain. I have gotten a pair of plyers and broken loose the drain from the tub, but I cannot get the drain itself out. It just spins and spins. I am not sure if it is cross-threaded or what. But now that I have broken loose the drain, I cannot use the tub till I replace it with a new one, since the putty come out and I feel that running water might run under the tub causing an even further problem. Can anyone help???
