Good question. I don't have an opinion based on anything but my gut feeling. I'd screw it down with Tapcon concrete screws to be sure. Actually, on a wood floor the flange rests on a solid base too, and we screw it down. I think the thing is, any movement could compromise the flange/pipe relationship, crack one or both, and could be unstable. So, why not screw it down? |
