Hi - I've noticed that my pipes are "banging" at irregular intervals. The plumber I spoke to diagnosed the problem as expanding pipes from the hot water. But this seems unusually loud; I never thought pipes would bang like this from expanding! Anyway, aside from replacing the pipes(!), would a new water heater help solve the problem? |
