I've got an odd problem with a recently purchased Crane toilet. The water coming out of the bowl jets splashes so hard against the standing water in the bowl that it occasionally splashes drops out of the bowl. I've tried lowering the water level in the tank, taking up the slack in the stopper chain, and even replacing the stopper. I called Crane and they said it was a misdirected jet. So, I got a replacement from the retailer and I've got exactly the same problem. Have you ever encountered this before? The only thing I can think of is to construct a perforated baffle in the tank to keep the water from rushing out too fast (like the baffles inside a automobile gas tank that keep the gas from sloshing around.
