Questions about Toto Drake

Hi Terry, I have a couple of questions about the Toto Drake you
delivered to my house a couple of weeks ago. First,
thank you for your very helpful installation advice.
I got it installed without much problem and it is
working well, except for one thing. I find that it doesn't flush completely unless you
hold the flush lever down. If you just pull and
release, the flapper falls back down immediately
and closes while the tank is still half full. Is
this supposed to be, or is the tank I got missing
something? Also, these models are advertised to have a glazed
trapway, to reduce friction of waste material as it
passes through. Sticking my fingers up under the
hole at the bottom of the bowl, I can feel that it
is rought inside, not glazed. So are they all like
that, or did I get one from a bad batch? Thanks again for your very informative web site. Richard in Kent
