This is such a subjective decision that everyone you ask could have a different opinion. I, personally, prefer the Delta Monitor series, the best version, for tub/shower installations. For all the rest I like Price Pfister since they have "lifetime" ceramic seats, are all brass, and have a large selection of handle designs and finishes. Other plumbers will recommend Moen, Delta, or some other brand they have had good performance from. : We will be building a new house next year. What are some "excellent" recommendations for kitchen and bathroom faucets? We prefer a single handle control for the kitchen. We're looking for recommendations based upon which ones have low maintenance/repair problems.
