Everyones favorite is a matter of opinion but among the plumbers I know cast iron is still the favorite.As for as favorite brands mine is Kohler.My favorite residential tub is the Kohler Villager.Ive installed many of them and they have all looked great and are very competetivley priced.Maybe a little more expensive but head and shoulders better looking.The bottom line is ,its my favorite,look around and see what you like.No matter what brand you choose cast iron is still the best,In my opinion.Good luck MikeStheplumber
