Within the past week, I noticed that my well has been running for no reason. The pressure drops (slowly) with no faucets running, no leaks in any lines and no toilets running. I believe that the foot valve is leaking BUT wouldn't I get air in the line if that were the case? I was going to purchase a new foot valve and add it to the line but thought I would ask first.
