|In response to Re: New Briggs toilet running|
We have had a brigs for 5 years and have had nothing but trouble. Not only that, but the company will not talk to us on the phone and will not return our messages. They are a BAD deal, stay away from Brggs. The next toilet I buy will be a Kohler.
: My new Briggs Kingsley (#6025) 1-pc toilet is running every few minutes. A defective flapper/seat drain part was replaced. There is no overflow tube to be inserted into the drain tube. There is another 1/2 inch plastic tube connected to the rim of toilet. At the bottom of the ballfill unit is another four inch plastic tube which opens to the tank. It looks like water is going from the top plastic tube to the toilet rim drain continuously even though the water re-filling has stopped. Please tell me why the water is running continuously. Is ther any adjustment to stop the water running? The Briggs toilet has a five year warranty.
