Dear Terry or anyone else who may know, I bought a condo brand new 2 years ago. Ever since I bought the place I have had toilet clogging because of the poor quality toilets I have. Just recently, I figured out that this was the case. So I had the plumber who installed the toilets put in Toto drake. Now I am stuck with a $700 bill. Who should be the responsible party to take care of this. The plumber says that the toilet company warranty won't cover this.[I have a gerber and mansfield toilet]. Can someone tell me how I should attack this. Should I gear this to the builder, plumber, or the toilet companies? Anita |
