We are building a home and have tentatively chosen a Pearl Rhapsody model tub. Our builder says that he usually uses drywall mud to set the tub. This may spread the load but I am concerned that it will eventually crack away and become non functional. Also, a lady whom I spoke too suggested a urethane pad which she said will spread the load as well as mitigate some of the vibration. Your comments please??
