Vibrating and Humming pipes at water meter.

Hi. Lately, when I run the faucet on any of my sinks, I hear this loud vibrating hum. After a few times, I decided to keep the water running and the pipes humming in order to locate exactly where it was happening. It is occuring right at the water meter. I did notice that it stops when I increase the flow i.e. run the tub and faucet simultaneoulsy. However, if I run any of the sink faucets solo it happens. Any idea of what the problem could be?
