I have a Woodford Model 17 that leaks through the antisiphon section which then runs down the pipe and floods my basement. My problem is how do I get to the gasket under the plastic cap. How do I get the plastic cap off? It doesn't seem to want to pop off, turn off, etc? Is my ownly recourse to replace the faucet? Thanks |
