I would like to add an outdoor spigot near my garden area. This is located @ 150 feet from my house. I only plan on using the supply in the warm months. Should I still bury the line below the frost line (I live in Iowa, so frost line is @ 48"), or would burying it just under the surface (6" - 12") suffice? Also, what do you suggest using for the supply, rigid copper, coiled copper, or plastic? The total drop for this entire run is about 30 feet, gradually.
Thanks for any insight you can provide.
