They are always loose, so you have to secure them to the ring with nuts and washers : Trying to find a way to secure new closet bolts to old brass flange. Cannot find a location or slot in the : flange to engage bolt heads to prevent the bolts from turning or keep them vertical. Original bolts came : loose when I removed the toilet.
