Hi, My county has a great offer to upgrade my toilet to a new, ULFT Briggs Universal practically free. I don't see a whole lot of news (good or bad) about Briggs on the site or the Internet. Actually, I had been planning to eventually fork out the money for a Toto. Do you have any advice regarding the Briggs? We only have one bathroom in a small house, and need a quiet, dependable toilet. Thanks. |
