My new home was built in early 1996 with polybutylene plumbing. I have read about the class-action suit pending. however, this is for homes built 1995 and prior. I'm concerned if I should have problems in the future. I also understand this material deteriorates in time. Do you have any information of this action being persued further?? Do I have any recourse?? Thanks. |
