Steve:You didn't mention if your sink has a garbage disposal unit. A garbage grinder with bad breath can be a real problem for those with keen
olifactory sensitivties. If the disposal is the source of the musty odor, try putting 6 or 8 ice cubes and a tablespoon of pinesol in it and turn it on.

hi. i've got a persistent musty smell, like backed-up water, from my kitchen sink. used drano, to no effect. haven't spotted any obvious leaks. any thoughts as to what it could be? thanks
