|In response to Re: installation of wall-mount toilet in basement bath|
I just replaced a wall-hung toilet in my house. If you can avoid using one in a residential setting, I would. There are only two domestic manufactureres of residential wall-hung toilets Crane and Kohler (I called them all). I suspect the others elminated them form their product lines when the 1.6gal flush was enacted. Both are extremely expensive for an unremarkable toilet. And the installation is a lot trickier to get right. There are rear-outlet toilets that may work in your situation. That would open up more options for you.
: We are finishing the basement of our 14-year-old home. Will we get proper flushing if we install a wall-mounted toilet in a basement bathroom? We've been told that wall-mounts won't work in basements.
