This only happens every 3 or 4 months. While flushing the toilet a gurgling sound comes from the bathtub drain and a large amount of water leaks down on the first floor. It does not appear to be dirty water, the water looks clear. I have replace the wax ring a couple of times but this seems to reoccur. Would like any help you can give
