My husband can fly an airlpane real well but knows nothing about plumbing. The leak seems to lessen when I try to tighten the cold water handle but does not completely shut off. He took out the screw from the handle and took off the casing. We are at the brass pipe that comes out to the tile but do not know where to go from here. What is next?
