Upstairs bathtub/shower faucet (single handle Delta Scald Guard) doesn't provide full flow capacity. I can get cold water to flow at a good rate, but as the handle approaches the mid-temp range the flow lessens. Turning the handle to hot produces barely a trickle. This tub/shower has been out of use for about a year. The sinks in this bathroom provide full flow, both cold and hot. HELP!
