: : I recently remodeled our master bathroom. After installing a new Tub/shower unit with a Price Pfister anti scald mixing valve the hot water no longer gets very hot. In fact luke warm. Since remodeling I've lost the documentation for the valve. I've been to the mfr. website (LAME) and could not find any information of any value. There must be a way to adjust this thing without a whole lot of effort. (here I thought I was being safty minded, and look what I get. Mutual of Omaha wins again.)

: Remove the handle, and remove the slotted disc that the stem goes through.
: Rotate the disc to allow more movement to the left, that should do it. Replace the handle and enjoy the hot! Ahhhh.

Thanks for the response! I have a similar problem but it's with a new American Standard shower valve. The water just doesn't get very hot. Do you have the solution so I can have a hot shower? Thanks!
