I forgot to mention, the house was built in 1986. The black toilet has a date stamp inside it of 1986 and it looks just as good as any new toilet in a showroom. The shower tile may be newer than 1986, but it still looks fine, too. I don't use any "special" product for cleaning, just your basic bathroom cleaners that can be bought at the grocery store.
