|In response to Re: Low Flow Toilets|
It would do no good to replace it since 1.6 gpf's are the only toilets being made for residential use. Although, if it was an early 1.6, then the newer ones do work better. Depending on the brand and how it is configured to give the 1.6 flush, a new convential flapper may work to give a better flush.
: I apologize in advance if this horse has been beaten before but,
: We recently moved into a new house with a 1.6 gpm low flow toilet. It always clogs up. Is there some way I can modify it to provide a more powerful flush? or do I have to replace the whole thing?
