The bill was introduced but never got any further than discussions. After spending millions of dollars to develop the low flow toilets, the manufacturers are not going to let a law like that pass and have to reengineer a new line. Especialy since no one would buy the low flows that they have in stock if there were an option. : I overheard from a customer that congress has passed a law to overule the previous 1992 law for 1.6 gpf and have increased the output flow. : Does anybody knows about this? : Thank you for your answer
