Temp/Pres fluxuations at shower

If you turn on water or flush while my shower is running, the shower temperature changes a lot.

My house is 15 yrs old.

What options do I have to fix this? Do I need a different shower mixing valve? Can I put some sort of
balast tank in?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
