I installed one for my mother twenty years ago. It gets occasional use.
Maintenance has not been a problem. If I were to do one for me, I would get the inline heater. High flow tub fillers are a good idea. If it takes too long to fill, it will get used less. Large tubs need more hot water supply. Some people use a 75 gallon high recovery gas heater. My wife likes steam rooms, I like the jetted tubs. Terry
