My wife and i recently purchased two low flow toilets made by kohler. I installed both of them
but seem to be having a problem with one.When a toilet is flushed it usally captures water in the bowl
until it filled slightly, then it goes down. the problem i am having is that when i flush one of these toilets the
water is not captured, it just goes down immediately. Is my toilet defective or maybe installed improperly.
i have marble floor and used 1.5 wax rings to make up for the height. This toilet has clogged 3 times in
last three weeks. Please help. Thanks.
