|In response to Re: Dual water heaters|
: After installing a jacuzzi awhile back, I needed to add another water heater. I hired someone to do it, but I've had problems ever since. The cold and hot seem to mix together on a single handle faucet. When I close the valves to the second heater, everything is fine, so I know it's not a faucet problem. I think the piping must be wrong at the heaters. They are piped with a tee into both cold inlets, and a tee from both hot outlets. Is this the proper way?
Bob, the tees must be exactly in the middle of both heaters. If not it will draw from the closest heater first. Dale's Plumbing Service LMP
