I am remodeling the bathroom this topic concerns my toilet, and have found soft 4" lead that feeds into cast iron. I cut the lead so it is even \ and would like to extend 4" pvc pipe from the lead to sufficient length to put a toilet flange on the pvc. My question is how do you conect the pvc and the lead. The lead is so soft that it does not seem feasible to put a clamp around them. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. Mark |
