: Recently as we shower the hot water seems to be turning a bit colder, but what I do is turn down the cold : water tap down and the hot water then seems OK. But by the time the shower is completed the cold water : tap is completely off an the hot water is still hot but not its usual scolding as it was before. : The tank is probably 10-15 years old at least as it was in here when I purchased the house. It is a : gas heated tank 50 gal. Help!! What is a Dip Tube and where would it be located |
