We had a new tile floor layed in our shower. They used mastic to lay the tile and then grouted it. We waited about a week and then started showering. After about 3 or 4 days of showering the tile starting coming up. When the tile was pulled up the mastic was very soft, even mushy. The floor underneath was completely dry. This has happened about 3 times. Any suggestions.
