After installing a toilet flange in my basement bathroom, it appears it will be too high--even after ceramic tile is installed. I may need to remove the flange, chip away some concrete, and install a new flange. How can I get the glue joint separated without damaging the soil pipe so it will still allow a new flange to be glued in place?
