kitchen aid/whirlpool/roper is on the web. instructions and manuals for most appliances are on thier website. They also sell parts direct and generaly at a reasonable price. Parts guys that answer the phone are fairly knowledgeable and can help you get the right pieces. I have purchased all whirlpool and kitchen aid appliances mostly because of thier parts availability and prices. You can buy a new whirlpool appliance cheaper than you can buy new knobs for a GE appliance. (That's only a slight exageration) www.kitchenaid.com www.whirlpool.com : We just moved here and the disposer rubber insert in the drain is limp and we have to Push food down through it to get it to the disposer for grinding. There is no instruction booklet for us to find the proper way of using the unit. How may we get one?Thanks Alice Small
