You have the classic symptoms of a partially blocked sewer system. Get a plumber to rod it out to restore proper flow to the system. : toilet not going down sometimes, bath tub wont drain out sometimes it does ,but it is slow, when washing clothes ,it will make a noise in kitchen & bathroom sinks, like the water is going to come up in the sink. thanks for any suggestions , chip
