Our outside faucet has a pressure reducer on it that, for the last year, has reduced the pressure so much that we can't use a sprinkler. The house is 6 years old, and the pressure reducer was required at the time of construction. We cannot remove the reducer to replace it, even though it looks like it was just screwed on! Any suggestions? Will we need to replace the entire faucet? Thanks for any help!
