However, we have a second bathroom with a leaky faucet and need a diagram with instructions for it. This fixture has one (not two) "cup cake" styled handle which pulls out (on) and pushes in (off) but no longer shuts the water off no matter how hard we slam it. David took the handle and plate off but could not get the rest apart. Help!

Do you see the name moen anywhere? There is a clip that needs to be pulled out. I use an ice pick as there is a little hole in the top of the clip. If it is a moen you may need a moen stem puller.The name moen may be on the metal cap of the handle. But there are other faucets that work as you describe also. Dale Peck LMP
